Do The Packers Now Have a Legitimate One-Two Punch At Running Back?

The Packers defeated the Lions on Monday Night Football but the win did not come without controversy. Pete Dougherty from the Green Bay Press-Gazette joined The Crossover earlier today to react to everything from last night’s game. Pete explained why he didn’t think the questionable missed calls were as egregious as many were saying and whether or not officials are second-guessing themselves with the fear of getting it wrong. They also asked him if the Packers have a legitimate one-two punch at running back with Jamaal Williaims and Aaron Jones after back-to-back strong performances from each of the two guys. Finally, they asked Pete what his thoughts were on Allen Lazard’s breakout game and if he’ll have an expanded role in the offense going forward. Take a listen and don’t forget to tune in to The Crossover from 11am-1pm!
