Marquette takes down Kansas State 73-65

In a match-up of Big East and Big 12 teams, the Big East came out on top.

Marquette went on the road and took down Kansas State in a physical contest Saturday night 73-65, the Golden Eagles' final road non-conference game of the regular season.

Markus Howard led the way for Marquette, scoring 19 points. Jamal Cain added 17 from the bench and Sacar Anim notched 13 for the Golden Eagles, now 7-2 in 2019-2020.
