Antonio Brown Once Liked a Tweet that Said Ben Roethlisberger Raped Women

Newly acquired New England Patriots wide receiver Antonio Brown is accused of raping his former trainer, Britney Taylor, as the New York Times reported on Tuesday night graphic details about three separate incidents pertaining to sexual assault and rape involving Brown and the woman in 2017 and 2018.

In the lawsuit, the woman alleges Brown "exposed himself and kissed her without her consent" in the first incident in June of 2017. In the second incident she alleges "Later that month, Brown, while positioned behind her, began masturbating near her without her knowledge and ejaculated on her back". The women then claimed Brown a year later on May 20th, 2018, "cornered her, forced her down onto a bed, pusher her face into the mattress, and forcibly raped her."

Brown was once in the headlines for a similar story, but in a much different role.

On February 15th, 2019, still about four weeks until Brown would be traded to the Oakland Raiders, Brown was still in hot pursuit towards torpedoing his tenure with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Brown liked a series of tweets from a Twitter user that was outspoken about former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick being out of the NFL, while Ben Roethlisberger, who was once infamously accused of sexual assault in a pair of separate cases, was still one of the league’s most recognizable stars.

Brown and Roethlisberger had been involved in a brutal beef that spanned the entire season last year. Brown memorably ‘dared’ the team to trade him while responding to a troll on Twitter in September of 2018, and then with Roethlisberger ripping Brown apart after a late interception versus the Broncos when Big Ben blamed Brown on a radio show for running the wrong route.

In late August, Brown tweeted the two were 'never friends' after Roethlisberger had commented on the 'ruined friendship' between the two.

The irony of the liked tweets is obviously now very apparent with Brown being accused of raping his former trainer in a series of three nefarious incidents.
