You see, David actually created group napping classes, yes, you read that correctly. So, instead of going to the gym to workout, you could be taking some hardcore naps. According to David, "The frantic nature of modern life means that few of us seem to get enough sleep, and if you're a parent, a good night's rest becomes even more of a luxury."

One fitness club in the U.K. has started rolling this class out. Let's just pray the class catches fire.
