According to a new survey, 90% of people say that pretty much every time they go to Target, they buy stuff they weren't planning on getting.
And the sale stuff is the most common impulse buy. 83% say they've bought something at Target just because it had one of those red clearance price tags.
I don't know about you, but I always feel like I've won if I spend less than $100!
