A woman in Providence, Rhode Island recently got a parking ticket TWO SECONDS before she would have been allowed to park.
It was no parking from 8 to 10 . . . and she got the ticket at 9:59 and 58 seconds.
Now a video of her talking to a judge about it is going viral. It's from a local courtroom show called "Caught In Providence".
